Lands in Sabbavaram – Turning into the “Golden Land”

Sabbavaram is one of the biggest mandals of Visakhapatnam District. It is situated 22km from Vizag City (A City of Destiny).It consists of villages with Lush green fields.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has established “Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University”, here in Sabbavaram. With that development everyone started focusing suddenly on Sabbavaram. In addition, Government approved the Lands for Maritime University (Marine University), Petro University (Petroleum University), Skill Development University. 50% of the developments have been completed. Moreover, the funds were sanctioned to extend the Anakapalle-Pendurthi Six Lines National Highway. This is why lands in Sabbavaram and its surrounding lands prices got raised to sky.

Right now, the lands in Sabbavaram, have touched the price to Rs.8 Lakh to Rs. 10 Lakh per “Cent”. It has increased 300% in 1 year.

The specialty of the Sabbavaram is the absence of any pollutant industries. Moreover, many Universities scattered all over Sabbavaram.

TRI-JUNCTION NEAR SABBAVARAM PLAYS A CRUCIAL ROLE

  • AP State Government identified a tri-junction between Sabbavaram, parvada, gajuwaka and decided to construct affordable homes.
  • AP State Government is implementing land pooling system to acquire lands like APCRDA in Amravati.
  • As it is government which is acquiring land, the price got multiplied even at the remote areas like Gangavaram, nanginarapadu, pedhamushidiwada, East Marripalem.
  • Moreover, the major villages underlying in the satellite city are: Nangirapadu, Gangavaram in Sabbavaram mandal, Pedamushidavada, Aganampudi, and East Marripalem.

LANDS IN SABBAVARAM - 3 Crore per Acre

  • Before the establishment of National University, It is quit hard for anyone to get the value or price in sabbavaram for 1 Crore per Acre
  • But now, the price got doubled, whereas the property near the Highway has risen to 3 to 4 times.
  • Few places like Agraharam, tekkatipalem, A.Sirasapalli, Bangarammapalem, Aaripaka, had valued to 2 Crore to 3 Crore per Acre.
